Please nairalanders, who is in the best position to handle the collection and payment of nepa bill between the landlord and d tenants? Please I need answers.

Is your landlord living with you? If yes , he can collect if he wants to do so. otherwise na the tenants dey in the best position to collect and pay.

I'll always prefer to have my own direction connection to the pole, to avoid drama and stories from other tenants when it's time to pay bills.

Thanks bro, he doesn't live with us but he has been collecting the money for a while now only for us to discover that he has spent money for 2months bill. He's threatening to quit any tenant that is not comfortable with it.
