Abeg mamas make una helep me. Yesterday my left eye was itching me bt i ignored it, waking up dis morning seeing my left eyelid swollen and itching too, and its increasing in size.

WSMS was eating yam with red oil, and making sure I eat immediately i woke up as hunger makes me miserable! Also snacking on dry cornflakes helps alot. I also suck on pear to keep my mouth busy.....

Use hot water bottle too
Drink lots of Uda water.

These were the things I used when I miscarried
Then I did little sit up exercise after a while
