Just signing IN

Personally, I am glad there is a new TV in town.
Dstv have come a long way and have taken time to stabilize their system and network.
We ll be very cautious and not expect heaven and earth from TSTV. As a new comer they re bound and must have issues, relating from channels to network, to recharging and billing. How fast they come out of these will greatly decide on the trust we ll have on them, and how long they will stay in the market.
We saw how HiTv came and unfortunately said goodbye to survival.
DSTV on their part will make every effort to frustrate them. These guys dont want competition as it gives them Monopoly in Nigerian market. Ask the like of Metro TV and CTL how far and how long they were taken to Court. I ll still stick to my CTL for now,as they have almost the same channels with TSTV.
Plz lets encourage them the much we can. Lets grow 9ja.
By the way, who actually owns TSTV.

You deserve all the "insults", it would help bring life back into your ignorantly depressed brain because your brain is definitely on life support to be reasoning how you were as you were blindly supporting the extortion by DSTV.

Ignorant silly slowcoach! You are just a pathetic dud! Dud!

Guys don't be surprised the tstv will definitely launch but to be honest with you there will be a catch

1) most of the stations on TSTV full package of 3,000 are already on startimes bouquet of 3,800 excluding the bein hd sports and kwese sports

2) the only problem they will face is competing with dstv based on sport channels because it won't be an easy one if they claim to show the EPL and La Liga live matches and dstv will 'siddon' dey look them

Even when TSTV will air the matches, the 3,000 subscription might not be enough to watch it all through the month .(there must be a clause somewhere)

3) TSTV wants to get her own share of the Nigerian market, soon they will come up with excuses. We shall pray that they can overcome that dat dstv monopoly

4) I stayed in kano during my Nysc days, and they don't care about dstv there, most hotels and bars show live matches via bein sport HD and when I asked them they said they were paying just 3,000 or so if I can recall

Can you imagine

So the only difference I can see in TSTV is the sport channels and picture quality, star times already have most of these entertainment channels excluding d bein sports

I watch live serie A matches, bundesliga, French ligue matches, like say na water on star times, and apart from that there 3,800 package is more entertaining that gotv

Right now I still subscribe to gotv as well, just because of my fiancee that likes telemundo, and zee world etc.

Dstv shot itself in the foot when they started increasing the price of packages anyhow, and when they turned gotv to crap.

We will keep our hands cross and test run the TSTV, but I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were u

Everything here about TSTV is based on assumptions.

Pls kindly refrain from trying to sound like an authority in business knowledge & psychology...cos you're not.

Why you people keep behaving as if dstv is god will forever baffle me.

However Pls stop using your negative energy to try to burn tstv down. If you fail to understand the need to upstage these bloody south Africans & their ways, that's fine, just leave our tstv out of it!

It looks like a USB stick, you put the stick in your TV us port.

The Amazon fire stick comes loaded with millions of movies, TV shows, documentaries, sports channels, everything you can think of

It also has apps like Hulu (which has almost 50 million movies) Netflix (if a movie comes out today, it will be on Netflix the next day), i can't just mention everything it comes with

Millions of people stopped using dish Network, cable TV and decoder

If your cable costs 50 thousand every month, Amazon fire stick costs 6 thousand and have more movies, sports and contents more than 6 cable TV out together

first thinking nairalander in history.

thanks for that info.

I will Google more.

thanks again!!

Dude, just hold it there! You went through which list? You weren't asking any question! You wrote an epistle about how CNN is important here in Nigeria and how TSTV is not smart enough not to include CNN among their channels.

You talk about immaturity, how about you who didn't confirm a fact (CNN) and went on talking crap, is that maturity? Maturity is talking about things you have competent information about! Next time confirm things before you spit out gibberish!

Also, learn how to commend on the internet, before you state stuff, make sure you have valid information about it.

And in case you are still slow to hear, I will tell you again: TSTV HAS CNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are welcome!

I just hope TSTV has not hire you. I can't imagine why I deserved to be insulted by you for asking a question. I confirmed to you that someone has answered my question by say CNN is on channel 250. It is not a crime to ask question especially if you want to be sure about a product you have been looking forward to have.
I have decided to ignore your rantings, because am not your boss, if I were your boss, I would have fired you immediately for projecting the image of TSTV as a rude organisation. I manage my own firm and I know how important Customer Service is. Nevertheless, thank you for answering my question.

That guy probably lives in the US where wired and wifi net connectivities are quite cheap and fast, so it actually makes sense over there. But down here in Nigeria, internet is damn expensive.

What is data and WiFi ??

A data plan is a service (offered by mobile carriers) that allows mentally unstable users like you to access the internet via a 3G, 4G, or LTE networks

Wifi is a facility allowing computers, smartphones, or other devices to connect to the Internet or communicate with one another wirelessly within a particular area.

Unfortunately, mentally unstable people like you will never get to use one

Sir, nobody is trying to burn TSTV down, in fact it is what we need right now to stop the monopoly of dstv.

I have a sister that does the dstv explora , she pays 17k monthly for the full package .when I told her about tstv she simply laughed it off and said let's give them 3months.

We all know how several companies like daarsat, consat, trendtv, star times boasted when they came around... But where are they now.

If it sounds too good to be true, then it's most likely is.

Dstv is not god but they actually know the market and have the finances to fight off competitors. We will be waiting

This is 2017, who in the hell still uses decoders ??

Sentence 1

1. This, your, first sentence was punctuated with double "Question-Marks" instead of one Q'mark, why?

2. Even contextually, that expression should either have been written as "who in hell still uses decoders" OR "who the hell still uses decoders", not the Agege grammar you chose to display with so much flourish.

Sentence 2

I bet you guy still uses DVD players too
3. You simply had to have expressed the word "guy" in plural form and you would've been home free but you missed that one too!

4. And no 'period' (.) to signify the end of your thought flow, why that again?

Now that we have TSTV, and instead of fighting each other on social platform, and we must unite to tell everyone about about the good news.
