They don't want to sacrifice their blood but want others ethnic groups to do fighting. They always say if Biafra go, they go but are not ready to die for their own freedom.
The third set are the ones you can describe as the "Afonjas". Though there is element of bravery in them,they are very confused. They don't know whether to be loyal to Oduduwa or to the Gambaris from Sokoto. They are the Bat of Oduduwa land,they don't belong to air nor to the ground,their umbilical cord is divided into two,one tied to the Gambaris and the other tied to the Oduduwa. Though,they are in the minority,they are very powerful because they are sometimes heavily financed by the Gambaris to put Oduduwa in check. They can also be described as a Chameleon with two flags on their head, one Oduduwa flag, one Gambari flag
With this set, Oduduwa will remain slaves to the Gambaris forever. THIS IS THE TRUTH

This is why I said that Awolowo,Azikiwe and Amadu Bello will rot in hell for bringing us into this unfortunate and disastrous marriage called Nigeria.

Meanwhile, its all about politicking and no action. Tinubu,Atiku and all those who have presidential ambition have now capitalized on the restructuring phrase for their own selfish interest and nothing more. After all these same people are not just ordinary members of the ruling party but movers and shakers and who ought to stamp their feet and ensure the party restructure the country rather than this constant rhetorics without action.

I feel that the reason many northern politicians are against restructuring is because they know they will possibly lose political relevance if they losen their grip on the economy. It simply means that everyone will have to make do with what's available to him in his region which is not so much in the north compared to other regions. As Yorubas, we've got nothing to lose whether Nigeria get restructured or not. We've always set the pace. this is a game of "whoever holds the economy might calls the shots"...... And it won't go down well with the north considering the fact that they've always felt it is their birthright.

I fear the next step when the clamour for restructuring gets too tough for the protagonists is to force one sham arrangement unto others in the name of restructuring that won't change much of the statue quo in reality.
Let's emphasis it for the sake of clarity , a very lose centre and very much powerful and self-dependent regions, call it anything!,.... That is what we are proposing.
