EFCC are very much aware of her case in the UK and knows she can't be available by October to December herself so why are they still including her in the case? The other part about them not getting access is irrelevant because they have been told to wait as she can afford not to defend herself in two different countries at the same time.

For your information,some charges were struck out by the presiding judge because deiziani's lawyer said she wasnt given an opportunity to defend herself in the course of efcc's investigation. This report is a reply from efcc to that allegation. Dont just jump to comment next time.
