Hi all, For Nairalanders living in or around Onitsha.. Please I would like to know what the prevailing rate of rentage for residential flats is in Onitsha axis.... Having serious doubts about the money a caretaker is remitting from some family flats he is in charge of...(3 blocks of 9flats with stores, each). Family presently far away in Abuja...Please help.... Moderators abeg carry this topic go front page.....ABEG!!!!

since there is no borehole then 250k is okay the shop shouldnt less than 100k
