hi don't do it in elaborate way. Just buy one or two system, printer, and start your business, let it grow gradually and steadily. Base ur business in online e registration etc gce, jamb, neco, post utme ET

Buy new hp LaserJet p1102
So cheap
Easy to manage
1 toner can last you for years
After refill

Also buy tokunbo monitor & desktop system
Don't but new computer for such business
Except for laptops

if u have money to invest
let me show u something more profitable better than running a business centre and it can ve dine at ur comfort home or office.

i will advice you to get a laptop (just one if you have the cash), it will reduce the cost of running Generator and other things
