It is true to a reasonable extent...
I've seen bank tellers chatting on facebook while they have a lot of people on que in front of them waiting to be attended to.
Some even play games just as depicted in the attached image above

That's Access Bank customer service especially, with their under-the-table computers... The Bleep, that bank is weird.

Firstly as a bank there is no game install on any of the bank system I mean no game no matter how small it is secondly u can not install any application on any bank system I repeat any application even calculator u can not install

Yeah, if the server is down we play games but not when we have crowd. As a matter of fact, the orange bank has decided to block access to some sites like FB and nairaland. Only opened once it's 5:00pm. Currently, its only the manager (Op's Head) that has access to internet.

Sometimes they're so unconcern bout we costumers, remember a case recently at akowonjo first bank,where they're supposed to resume 8am,few min past the staff were standing outside looking at us like we have come to beg for money.

Because I was there and lastly u can not access the open internet on a bank server until 6:00pm only the bank core application will run other applications will not work until 6:pm
So forget it
They might play game on their phone but not on the system
Only CBN has open internet 247 and we know why ....govt
