Will i be allowed to Enter Capetown with a one way flight ticket and also with a tourist visa.

This is a very wrong question, what kind of visa are you holding that you want to purchase only a one way ticket ?. As a tourist one of the basic requirements is possesion of a return ticket, besides why Cape town if you are coming from Nigeria I think your first point of entry is Jo'burg. You can try your luck no doubt but be prepared for the consequences. Good luck
