pls Christians in the house I had a dream ,that has got me thinking all day

I was in the front of my house relaxing when a car hit a little truck .I wasn't concerned until a woman ran out of the car with an unconscious child crying that was when I ran out of my house to see the woman .when I got there d woman kept her child on the floor and something told me to give the child CPR .I did that for some seconds d boy did not wake up I started praying in my heart .suddenly d boy woke up and I took him to his mum
pls help me out am confused

if it is by dream, then I'll be worrying everyday, but I don't live by dreams 100%, although I dream every night and remember my dreams clearly. Not all dreams should be taken seriously.
