please can some help me out, actually i'm a new blogger, i use free blogging service. I'm intending to upgrade to premium plan and i have read a lot of negative reviews about Nigeria web hosting companies. I want to get an international web hosting service like Bluehost, Godaddy but i don't have the means of payment.

If your bank allows international transactions on their local cards, then your ATM card will work. I'm sure of GTB and Access ATM cards. If you've been using PayPal, you can pay with that also.
