Just to file for a name search, you want me to come your your office, whereas you have a portal where you claim one can pay get name searched and reserved, but it never worked. You dont reply mails, you dont have an active phone no one can call. You dont acknowledged complains, What a terrible organisation. I paid for name search over six month online, and no one acknowledged the payment. I paid again through another source (Remita) just a week ago and up till today 30.09.2017 no one saw the payment and do the needful. No mail, no acknowledgment of any sort.

1. You don't need any or the services of a lawyer, secretary, professional, accredited agent or any other 3rd party to incorporate or register your new business;
2. You are qualified to drive the whole process online without anybody being involved IF you are the business owner or director in the new business;
3. No matter your location in the world, you can drive, process and obtain your Certificate. There is no location barrier or preference;
4. All the summary of fees and forms applicable to drive the business name or I corporation applications are on the CAC's site;
5. CAC's customer care direct phone numbers are available within the working hours of the week and they are ready to help or advice. The numbers are:

0818 229 9016;
6. You don't need to have an account in paying for CAC's service. Walk into ANY bank and pay through Remita account therein;
7. You pay the EXACT amount indicated on CAC site through Remita or your ATM;
8. There is NO NEED and you DON'T have to visit the CAC's office to drive the process which can be done in the comfort of your home, office, on the field etc. Unless you are for the collection of your Certificate;
9. If you want to use your phone, and for effective operations, use Chrome browser. Go to settings. Click, activate and mark "Request desktop site" and you are good to go.

Thanks for this clarification bros... It's the same thing i have been telling my friends who have all allowed Lawyers to scam them.

I did mine recently and it was a smooth process for me. It was even done with that their new Remita App.

All i did was just to download the App on Apple store and i added my bank account, then used the RRR i got from CAC portal to make the payment.
