Ebonyi @ 21; Govt Umahi briefs the press . The Executive Gov of Ebonyi state, Engr David Umahi is about now briefing the press on the account of his stewardship in the past two years, to the people of the state. Governor Umahi’s ongoing address serves as his ‘formal independence address’ according to him, there will be no address or march past at the state capital, 13 areas council, as well as the 64 development centers of the state, tomorrow 1st October 2017, implying that the year’s celebration is at low key.
