#pleas Dont Mind My English.



My Heart bleed as i type this. for over 5yrs now i have been trapped in the burden of pornography and masturbation, it has never been my will to do it but when ever i start having that stupid urge, i try to get my minds off it but eventually, i'll see myself fall back again.
at a point i began to have the feeling that i wont be able to achieve my dream in life; as a medical doctor. i cant read and comprehend effectively these days, as a result of that, i struggled to score 203 in jamb dis year. and i have post-UTME exam on monday 9th oct, (hmm i mastbatd ystrdy nd twice dis morning) i feel like crying right now as am thinking of how to write the exam, i can only remember few things now and am finding it difficult to even read. i realy need your advice and God Will Surely See Me Through.A

I understand you and how it feels. Porn in general has eaten too deep in our society that it causes problems like excessive masturbation and others.

You should deviate and turn away from things that creates the urge to masturbate. Regain and replenish your spiritual life. Make sure your mind is always occupied with much more important things.

Sell your phone and buy the one with no Internet facilities.

When the thought of going back starts ringing channel it towards your studies and pick a book to read.

Most importantly, try keeping your body in an holy manner, have the mentality of "if my body is not in an holy state,my prayers will not be answered.

anytime you are feeling the urge, know that devil is at work, it is now left to you whether you want the devil to win or lose.

Take to a sport you love and exhaust those excess energies and learn how to positively rewire your brain cells cos the current version is corrupted and would soon land you in dungeon if care ain't taken.
