That's true....that's why I will advice you to reason well before shading during exams.. there were many questions like that.. I don't think they made a mistake/ typograph error of putting wrong answers there because they ought to have review it since past years. Thats an example of Negative Markings I once talked about.

note:sinx = cosx.
And cosx = -sinx
dy/dx = U(dv/dx) * (Vdu/dx)
du/dx = 2*2x^2-1 + 1*3x-x - 0
du/dx = 4x + 3
;; U(dv/dx) = SinU i.e= CosU
= Cos(2x^2+3x-4)
U(dv/dx)*V(du/dx) = 4x + 3*Cos2x^2+3x-4

be careful with the bolded expression so as not to mislead people. I understand what you meant but some people may not as cosx is not equal to -sinx and it's only when x = 45 that sInx = cos x

My brother, please don't mislead people. Get facts right before you make any claim. As a matter of fact, 15 students crossed 2 years ago, about 2 or 3 crossed last year. Like I said the requirement GP May be a high one but at least, crossing is possible from the departments of biochemistry and physiology.
