I suggest the president take this with all level of seriousness. Cases of insubordination such as this shouldn't be tolerated. There are bad eggs in this government and the sooner the president rid his cabinet of them, the better for him.

That means we have to do a full J.J. Rowlings, the elites in politics will never change. Even if you try to do the right thing you will be ostracized. I seen it happen in Anambra State Government.
