Pharmacy In Unizik Through CEP Programme by DaySpringer: 1:37am On Oct 04, 2017
I want to ask on behalf of a Friend who is interested in pursuing her dreams of either Pharmacy or Nursing in Unizik Through the CEP(Continuing Education Program) Program. I went to the official Unizik Website and i could not find the Two courses listed there in the list of Courses.
Does it mean that they are not offered in the program or is there an oversight on the Website?
Is there anyone here who has information about it?

And also
What is the difference between the CEP program and Gaining Admission through Jamb?
I do not know if i can suggest jamb to her as Well.

Thanks for your responses.

CEP, otherwise known as Continous Education Process is a part-time system of schooling whereby the students attend lectures only on weekends, ie Fridays and Saturdays. It is chiefly designed to meet the needs of older or working class people who desire to continue or further their education without having to go through the rigorous day to day schooling activities.

The upside top it is that the students graduate with the same BA or BSC result as with the regular jamb-entry students. But the downside is that it is not open to professional courses such as Law, Pharmacy, Medicine and surgery, Nursing etc. Secondly, the duration for this system is between 6-7 years for a course. Lastly, the graduates are not eligible for the compulsory one year youth service exercise, rather they are issued the letter of exemption at the end of their counterpart's service year.
