Nigerian actress and mother of two, Adunni Ade has confessed about how much work she had to put in to get to the top, stating in a series of post of her social page that over 8years of hard work has given her new found status in Nollywood.

Adunni advised her fans to work hard regardless of challenges, so they can serve as an inspiration to their critics.

"Work hard till those who condemned you ask how you did it and you become and inspiration to them", the movie star started in a series of posts on her social story.


"Let the world laugh at you, only you know where you are headed. Straight to the top.

Yes! Fear will set in, it might take you a day, a month, a year, in my case 8 years to fully decide to take that bold step but only YOU can take that BOLD step to making your dreams come true. I pray God gives us the strength to a better direction in Life.
Remember, NO ONE said it was gonna be easy. All you can do is try! Try till their is no more of you", the actress wrote.
