Now I am not naive. I know Damn this is a spiritual manifestation. I also belief in the power of prayers hence I'm not as spooked as many will be in my shoes. And when singing praise I actually lie flat on the floor rather than kneel or stand. Pray works. Thing is its gotten to the point I am becoming tired of this . Yes, just as people can be demonized, animals, places or things can also be demonized.

It appears as if that is the problem with your house. I am glad you seem to know how to pray.

Now, what should you do?
1. If the house is not remotely yours and there is no overwhelming advantage to living there, pls pack out (after informing the caretakers of your experiences)
2. If you have an attachment to the house, then fight the battle. You can cast out the demons living in the house but you must be prepared to fight a lengthy war (sometimes it takes time).

How can you fight without the complete armour?
You can know all the Word on authority without exexperiencing it. Praying in tongues actually builds you up on that word of faith that you received so it becomes active in you. (Read: Jude 20).

I have no problems with tongues but I get inflamed when Christians treat it as alpha and omega of prayers. I get nauseated when an average Christian confuse the gift of tongues with the "praying in tongues".

I don't know any christian that casts out demons with tongues.

The word of God (both the Logos and the Rhrema) inspires faith.

Once a Christian understands the difference between the gift of tongues and tongues as a prayer language, his effectiveness in spiritual warfare drastically improves. I sincerely think that tongues is overrated.

A Christian is one who has been sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. He has the Holy Spirit because Jesus has baptized him with the Holy Spirit

He doesn't need to have the gift of Tongues
Praying in tongue is optional for him.
