South eastern poeple dont even benefit from the little allocation of the federal government
we are ever ready because we have been surviving on our own since time immemorial.

Either out of ignorance or mischief you fail to realise that it is federal allocation that all the civil servant, goverment agencies and public owned corporation in thre south east live on. The income from payment on public transactions drives trade and commerce which is responsible for 80 % of the income to SOUTH-EASTERN PEOPLE.
The other 20% come from legitimate and crooked foriegn income remittance.

If north east is really war torned as u said, i suggest they learn 4rm the previously war torned south east n how igbos rebuilt it themselves.

I'm not sure you understand.

Asides civil servants, no one else in the SE depends on the government.

We don't bother about roads or facilities. Most persons build what they can by themselves, and leave what they can't.

In essence, whether the FG is giving money to the Governors remains irrelevant as everyone already fends for themselves.

Please stop that rubbish of ammendment, a faulty foundation has to be broken down an rebuilt.
When you solve the constitutional burden you can talk about restructuring.
Take it or leave it, the restructuring that will handed over to you will even make you crave for status quo. SMH.
