I think it's spotting oh... Probably the kpekus was a bit rough... Since no cramps and the blood is little you can just rest.

We are 24weeks today! After my kpekus with hubby in d early hours of today, we both went to clean up and came back to rest. Wen it was finally daybreak, DH went out and I was left alone to enjoy my sleep but I woke up around 9:30 with d urge to pee and quickly went to d loo. I didn't flush after doing that cos I intended to bath in d next few minutes so I went to d kitchen to drink water and take some fruits but on getting back to d restroom, I noticed a spot of blood in d toilet and it was fresh, clear red but little (obviously from my last pee). I quickly call hubby to confirm it didn't come out of me but he told me he hasn't gone to d toilet after we both went to clean up (after kpekus)............My mind has been wandering on a lot of things which I can't even describe, I talked to LO, took fresh orange then held my tummy and d guy gave some light kicks and rested again

PS: I don't feel any cramps or tummy ache but I'm deeply worried! Sabi mamas, is dis normal or calls for medical attention?

I've not experience this before, but I think it should be normal or maybe ur dh was a bit rough during the Kpekus.....I will say if there's no further bleeding or cramping, just relax and take your mind of it! It will end in praise for you and everyone of us!

Yea, LO is doing very well, thanks. All this sleeplessness is really bothering me, honestly. Total of 5 loo visits last night. When I finally started to drift off around after 4 in the morning oga come start hin own wahala, I don't know why he insists on cuddling in this hot weather. When you start stretching out to sleep he will just carry his heavy hand on you and wake you again in the name of cuddling. Plus all his endless tossing and turning while you are locked in his heavy hand. I don tell am say I no like cuddle before but he no dey hear word. I hope I don't vex and start shouting one day.

Hello everyone, pls I need help with itchy skin. I get it every morning mostly on my thighs then my legs then stomach and arms. Its bad.
Its like am getting needle pricks all over my body when it starts and it lasts for hours sometimes till early afternoon and it is so uncomfortable, I really want it to stop. I moisturize very well, bath with hot water and lie on clean sheets so I have no idea what the problem is. I tried shea butter but its still there.
Any other cream I can use? Any anti itch cream suggestion? Thanks for helping.

Use a panty liner to gauge if the blood is still flowing and the colour.
If you're not cramping you're most likely okay.
Your vaginal walls must have burst a vessel. It's mostly harmless but you might want to tell bros to do jejely next time.

Just put 1pcm in your meat and boil together with it. If it's more than 1kg u can put more depending on ur meat quantity.

Do you put Pcm together with the maggi?i usually put Pcm first. ,then when it's slightly soft, I remove the water, wash and add maggi/onions or is dat a long procedure?

Yesso Pcm as in paracetamol, it's just to soften meat faster, parts like fresh cow skin,leg,shaki etc. It was a meat seller that told me bout it and no it doesn't change the taste.
