bro why don't you go for Infinix hot 4 pro it has all the features you just mention and it's even 42,500 now but might be a bit high depending on the kind of store you go but micro station and slot sells It for that price

Or rather go for Tecno spark plus K9 6inch and it has All the features you mentioned but it's battery is 3,400mah Android 7 nougat the same price with the hot 4 pro 42,500

and also the spark Plus comes with Android 7 nougat
but the hot 4 pro comes with Android 6 marshmallow but you will be given an update to download to get the Nougat which you will update with 1.4gb data
but if you go for it you can just walk into a cafe and get a one hour wireless connection to get the update downloaded that would be less money consuming and as you can google Search the names of the phone to get to know about their full spec and features

A very average processor, but still runs smoothly due to the stock andriod with no bloatwares at all
The battery life is average,good for just average user
The phone doesn't have a fingerprint sensor.
camera is average
it also lacks special features

There's no much difference between the hot 5 and hot 4.. only that the hot 5 has 2 Dirac sound (one at the top around where the front camera is located while the other at the down part of the screen)
oh, and the os is nougat while hot 4 uses 6.0
