I'm an undergrad

I've heard a lot about the big four and I just want to know if the hype is worth it.

Its not, but what they lack in pay and work-life balance, they more than make up for in quality of experience. The pay isn't so bad but given the size of the Companies and the strength of their brands, the pay is just ridiculous. Worse still, you'll earn every kobo they pay you with your sweat.

Best shot is to put in a couple of years and watch their name on your CV open doors for you.
