I own an Infinix Hot 4 phone that i have being using for a while now with no issues. But for some days now, everytime i try to put on the tethering hotspot so i can share and browse on other device, it doesnt come on anymore. The hotspot turns itself off in just 5seconds without even connecting. Please everyone. What do u suggest as the cause. And what can i do please? I need help urgenlty pleaseeeeee. |

Provide a screenshot of the phone first. And has this been happening since you bought it or it just started recently ? |

getzin:Do you have an app on your phone called Bubble Font (not sure about the spelling) If you do, just Un-install.... That's where the problem lies 2 Likes |

Also try and reset app preferences. Go to settings, then apps. Click on those three dots at the top right corner and a drop down will appear. Click on reset app settings. I hope this works for you but the he main culprit is usually Babel fonts. My hotspot stopped working until i uninstalled the updates for babel fonts. |
