I don't know about Bould. But ask yourself this, after 20,years of Coaching Arsenal, how come Wenger hasn't produced one known Football manager ? Curious !

I would say this, Wenger is renowned for rewarding loyalty and feigns changes which includes changes to his backroom staff. Pat Rice was Wenger's assistant from 1996-2012. After Rice retired, Bould has been his assistant since 2012, so you can see he has not exactly worked with many assistants.

That being said, I think we would see a new generation of young coaches who not only played but are greatly influenced by him into coaching. R. Garde, P. Mertasacker (When he retires), M. Arteta, T. Henry, P. Viera, D. Bergkamp, T. Adams, F. Ljungberb, G. Van Bronckhorst.
