There is absolutely nothing wrong with working as a househelp, provided that their employment rights are respected and they are treated fairly. For most our staff, the choice between going to school and working as a househelp is not mutually exclusive. They can still decide to work and go to school just like other people in our society who are able to flexibly combine both commitments. Moreover, most of our staff have completed their secondary education and do not intend to pursue further education. Hmmm I see. The keys can be handed to the woman the househelp will be working for and the company can also keep a copy of it. My thoughts though.
