I have noticed that whenever i eat any type of noodles especially indomie and tummy tummy, my first urine after the noodles is always pure yellow no matter the amount of liquid i take during meal.and i urine too frequently after taking excess water, e.g urinating 3 times in just 1 hour. I started noticing this issue since late last year while doing my nysc in jos. Please doctors in the house hope nothing is wrong with me |

I have noticed it too. i think something is wrong with Indomie noodles spices. NAFDAC needs to check this before this kills many Nigerians in the future. |

Bros, you are not the only one. I just finished doing searches on Google on this issue and I ended up here after seeing many other results; one of which explained that it's because of so much salt (sodium) in the Indomie that is used to manufacture it. You can check my Google Search via https://www.google.com/search?q=why+does+my+urine+turn+yellow+after+I+eat+noodles%2C+spaghetti+or+pasta&oq=why+does+my+urine+turn+yellow+after+I+eat+noodles%2C+spaghetti+or+pasta&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOdIBCTMwODgzajBqNKgCALACAQ&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 I would recommend that both you and myself to reduce eating these types of foods (pasta, macaroni, noodles (especially Indomie), spaghetti and linguini as they all have that yellowing effect on the urine, make we no go overload our kidneys and liver.
