If you've been practising timed feeding, then please continue to feed her on schedule but with longer intervals cos her new meals are heavier than bm
If you feed in demand, then look for the Hunger cue and feed on demand.
There are many baby foods, clicknon Giddyperson's posts. She just got into this phase so you'll definitely get something fresh from her.

The hair mayonnaise makes her hair very soft and easy to comb. It also makes her scalp look wet and slick after plaiting. Hairdressers don't like this cos it makes the hair slip off their fingers.
Coconut Oil for the shine and scalp in roads.
The styling custard is so the hair stays in a bun all day without using those horrible gels when we're going out. I also use it when she plaits a style that has brush.
Detangler is used for our next day Afro.

Atinuke in a bun, Afro, hair loose and hair in corn rows.

My baby still eats every 3-4 hours
Cereal is always a good way to start - Cerelac, Gerber, Heinz, Nutribom are good examples. My baby eats Cerelac, you can find these in any supermarket around you.
August Secrets foods are popular with babies, she uses local grains to make stuff for them, check her out on IG
Please ensure your baby still takes milk, at least 500mls a day. You can continue breastfeeding or give formula like Nan, SMA Gold, Cow and Gate, Aptamil, Enfamil etc. Look for the one that says 6 months up. Also available in supermarkets and stores
What I do is interchange, 1st meal - Milk, 2nd meal - cereal, 3rd meal - Milk, 4th meal - puree (fruit/veggies) etc

As for purees or making your own meals at home the topic has been exhausted here, look through posts from enque, alphahandmaiden, feddy27 and other sabi mamas

Initially I used to feed on demand but I discovered that by the time he's showing signs of hunger, he's already too hungry and would get upset and cry before the food is ready and by then feeding becomes a struggle so now I feed every 3 hours and we've been good and there's no more crying or struggling

can I give my 6weeks baby vit.c... I've cold/catarrh and I'm trying to avoid her getting it
