1. Your qualification means your degree...BSc, BSc(ed), HND, ND,....PRE-DEGREE.
2. Your Matric number is not your login ID, but the Number you are identified with.....the number you put down on your exam sheet, attendance and test sheet.

3. Your discipline is your course of study.
4. Your year of attended, is the year you were admitted to study the said course.
5 . For class of degree, I believe you guys use a point system which is over 15. And I don't know if the point system have theirs names like the normal degree.

The acceptance fee is your gateway to clearance, once you pay you'll see a code on your payment slip that starts with CLR-0-.... Without the payment of acceptance fee you can't proceed with your clearance... The acceptance fee is none refundable that is why you have to do all you can to make all the necessary documents needed available... And I don't think they've ever screened anybody out before... They'll only tell u to go n correct what's wrong...

I am trying to register for the uniben DE as an ex-
jupeb student. So,the way in which we are to fill the
DE form is quite different from those using other
qualifications.
while registering, I an required to fill some boxes, some
of which include
1) Discipline:
I don't know what to put here because I understand
discipline as another word for 'course of study'. As a
jupeb student, we don't have a course per say, what we
have is subject combinations.some subject combination
include Math/Bio/Chem, Lit in eng/CR's/Govt, so due
to this I became confused on what to put as my course
of study
2) Former matric number
This shouldn't have been a problem but because as a
jupeb student, we have an examination number (The one
we used at our final exam) and we also have School
number;,which is the B107**THIS made me confused
as I don't know which to use
3)QUALIFICATIONS
This should have been the simplest of all, but when. I
scrolled to choose Jupeb as my qualification, I couldn't
find it there, I even thought maybe I might find 'A
LEVEL'', listed among the options, but that isn't there
either.
4)Years Attended
I don't know how to fill this, should I insert 2016/2017
as my 'years attended' or 2016-2017 will be more
appropriate.
5) Class of degree
I simply don't know what is to be here, maybe someone
should explain it to me......

Put the examination number you used during your final exam.

For the decipline, what course did you put in your JAMB DE form?

What can you see that is listed on the qualification?

Year atteneded format is usually 2016/2017.

For the class of degree, whivh i believe Jupeb operate on a point system, i will make some findings about it if just the point can be put there.
