All the money been borrowed nko? what abt the money removed from fuel subsidy,money gotten from corruption fight,TSA,what is it been used for? Oil price wasn't $120 during Obasanjo and he didn't complain,there was no recession

my friend broaden your horizon, are you saying as at that time no meaningful project was carried out? No where in the world development happens at once, its as the need comes up, even when the resources is not there, the need and plan is always there awaiting its time of execution.
