This Government Has Destroyed The Little Trust Nigerians Have For The Military. I don't think We Will Ever Pass This; It's will take years for Nigerians to Regain The Trust of the Military. The manner in which military handled this vaccine situation tells me that the people running the military and the government are not well educated and exposed; honestly, do you think someone who is well trained and well educated, aware of the laws will approve vaccination of children withOUT parents awareness, some sensitization and coordination with state government? No, they wouldn't.

There is why every government, corporation, companies and institutions have Legal counsel or attorney general of the federation in the case of Nigerian government. The way things work is if the Military have any plans or operations especially pertaining to civilian population, they call the lead military legal counsel who is a well trained lawyer, and ask for his or her counsel; for example we want to give out vaccine to the civilian population as part of our outreach program, does the law allow this and what steps should we take? Then the counsel will inform them on what to do within the confines of the law. Simple; this is how things are done in many countries, companies, military and institutions.

If we have sensible, educated and well trained technocrats and leaders running this country, this vaccine saga would not have happened. Instead you have illiterates who just wake up one morning, device a plan and just do without consultation because in their illiterate brain...THEY DON'T KNOW HOW THINGS WORK IN REAL LIFE BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT EDUCATION, EXPOSURE, AND TEAM TO GUIDE THEM

Honestly i'am disappointed by their actions. How can you just wake up one morning and start vaccinating children without the consent of their parents or guardian? No sensitization to inform the public Nd u think people will not be scared Considering the outbreak of monkey pox? Vaccination against what if I may ask? Its a shame how learned people reason like illiterates all because of eye service.
