Read Agency Agreement and you'll understand that it is totally wrong move by the federal government and deserves condemnation. It is totally wrong for a valid running contract to be canceled by the government. The issue here has nothing to do with who owns the company, the issue is, has Intels as a company defaulted in their Agency pilotage agreement? The answer is "NO". Why go ahead to terminate the contract or introduce TSA when they are yet to recover their investment? This company has operated for over 30 years, which Nigerian company can stand the test of time. Intels has done very well in port operation and never defaulted in the agreement. Those saying they charge in dollars etc, are you not in Nigeria to see that Nigerian's currency is weak compared to the dollar? Every business has terms of service. They also remit dollar payments to the federal government where applicable. If you a a good non-corrupt business man, you'll condemn this move by the government. |

soath:Only Nokia phone users understand better. There are"big mouth pin chargers" and "small mouth pin chargers". Funny enough I have both but I can't confirm if the big mouth own is still good, it has been over 8 years I used that. But for small pin charger, I still have a working one with me here. It works well with those China phone as alternative to their micro USB charging port. So, funnynation request is on point only that the statement is mostly use to show how irrelevant the current discussion was. Because in this time and age, no one should be talking of a pin (whether big or small) mouth charger. |
