There has been a lot of campaign in recent times for d emergence of young Nigerians in leadership.The question is re we ready 4 leadership?
After years of study and research,some very sad facts hv emerged.
1.WE HAVE CAUGHT THE VIRUS OF TRIBALISM.
The amount of hate,intolerance nd bitterness exhibited by youths on social media is scary,vry scary indeed.Its amazing dat young minds could b capable of so much hatred nd anger towards their fellow humans beings.D anger is justified bt d hate is smtin else.Instead of facing our common enemies nd oppressors,we hv elected to play d same emotional nd negative politics dat brought our parents nothing bt misery nd pain.People nw delibrately ignore facts nd c everytin through d prism of tribe nd religion.
2.VANITY AND SHOW-OFF..
Extreme vanity nd crude showoff has becm d rage in NG 2day.d most annoying re those pretend 2 motivate others while they shamelessly boast abt everything.The intense pressure to impress has pushed many 2 crime nd even money rituals.Every where u look, there re people desperately trying 2 impress nd oppress u....to b continued...
