The phone display features a 5.3 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16million colors and 1440 pixels X 2560 pixels resolution. Its dimensions are 151.50 x 73.80 x 7.90 mm(height x width x thickness) and weighs 160.00g.

Nokia 8 is powered by an octa-core 1.8GHz processor with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 835 versatile stage can bolster marvelous portable execution. It is 35% littler and utilizations 25% less power than previous designs, and is built to deliver uncommonly long battery life, similar VR and AR experiences, bleeding edge camera capacities and Gigabit Class download speeds, it comes with the Qualcomm® Hexagon™ 682 DSP, ‎8/8 core threads, 3000 Million transistor Count and Qualcomm Adreno 540‎ GPU.

It comes with two variants 64 GB on 4 GB RAM or 128 GB on 6 GB RAM which can be extended upto 256GB via microSD card. It comes with Android 7.1 (Nougat) that is powered by a Li-Ion 3090 non-removable battery.

The camera comes with a dual LED flash Dual 13 -megapixel rear camera on the back with autofocus and Carl Zeiss optics, face detection, geo-tagging and a 13-megapixel selfie with autofocus.
It has a single SIM slot(GSM) which can accept Nano-SIM or a Hybrid Dual SIM (GSM or GSM) which has options of Nano-SIM or dual stand-by. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB OTG,3G, 4G and LTE networks.
