DR Congo that won't be going to the world cup, over and above Nigeria? The Super Eagles should be in top 3 in Africa and top 20 in the world.
The Franco-German Technical Adviser should beef up the team, build a strong and robust playing Eagles for Russia.
I see us breaking into top 10 after the world cup in Russia.

It's very transparent. The formula is available to the public. It's Maths. It doesn't cheat anybody. It is calculated in such a way that it tracks and average of performance over the last four years rather than just short term results.
