Can relate to this. I have a really nice job and make about a million a month so I give my mum 100k and Dad 50k monthly. But atleast 2wice a year mum will still bring bill of 500k above and its just hard for me to say no. I know my parents really tried to give me a good life - private schools (including England) but sometimes I really feel its too much. I too like this guy has no property whilst mum has about 3 houses in Lagos and dad about same so they are not poor in any way, shape or form.

The daughters are women like the mother and know about the manipulation tactic the mum is using. So it's hard for the mum to blackmail or manipulate their daughters the way they do their sons.

they will say its taboo to sell house and it belongs to us in the end. What I give her is enough just need to learn to say no to the extras and thats including aso ebi and random things like that which I even say no to my wife for but when it comes to my mum its always a grumble at first but I change my mind. I don’t let my wife know ofcourse.

I send my mum 20k monthly and my age dad 10k.

OK. it may be complex than we think. But I think you should reconcile with him.He would have been the one to caution your mum.
also investigate if it is not one pastor that is collecting money from your mum
