Guys please anytime riders want to transfer money to u, make sure u get alert b4 allowing d rider to go! Especially the once u didn't pick from their house. I carried one Lewechi Jennifer from Abati close Akowonjo near egbeda to Berger her boyfriend house, her boy friend scammed me and both of them have refused to pick my calls. I have all the information of d girl and the guy. I'll take out time to disgrace them, then they'll not try such again. I swear I'll go far because of them. |

Help o! I am seeing figures i didn't work for or earned. I didn't drive yesterday Monday, just checked now and saw N1900. Then i did one trip of N1600 only this morning, card payment. Taxify added 1800 again indicating its cash trip. Now i am seeing 5000 plus earn for the week instead of just 1900. Am i the only one in this?

Don't know if this has been trashed before What happens if one picks up a rider on uber/taxify and the rider slumps and dies in one's car. Is the driver on his own, or is there any protection or cover from uber/taxify? Knowing this our country, hope the driver won't be on a long thing with police |

ogunvic41:Bro, what will you do if a rider gets to the drop off point and tells you he/she has no cash and will rather do a transfer to you? Will you go bezerk and demand for cash or nothing else? And how long do you want to keep a rider in your car until you get a notification of the transfer? On weekends, it's usually by God's grace I get alerts into my GTB account. As a way around it, I ask the rider which bank the transfer is to be done from and then I give you one of the five (5) banks accounts that I use if it's same as yours. Intra-bank transfer should not take forever. On Uber trips, I'm sure most of us are aware that Uber will do an adjustment for you once you make an in-app complaint should a rider pay zero cash or an amount short of the fare. That way, there's a level of comfort and no need to bring down any roof. With Taxify, unfortunately you are on your own. What I think you can do is to demand to see the completed transfer on the rider's phone. If a rider can demand to see my phone to make sure I have ended a trip, why should it be a problem demanding to have a look at your phone to be damn sure of the completeness of a transfer you claim to have done? |

CavendishPlex:What if the rider shows you a saved screenshot of a previous transfer? The best thing is as the rider is doing the transfer let him/her mention your full name on your account with that you know it's a true transfer but some bad ones might go as far as mention your full name on your account then abort the transfer and show you a saved screenshot. At 11pm last night a rider in Mende asked me to wait at Nepa Mende when we got to a street in Ogudu he asked me to end trip cos of bad road, fare was N700. He said he has no cash and I told him we just passed several banks why didn't he stop to use a cash machine. He said he will do transfer. I told him Taxify has a cash or card payment arrangement and transfer is at my own discretion. The idiot asked me to give him 2300 cash so he will transfer N700 to me. I felt like slapping him with my left hand. Told him what has me giving him 2300 got to do with him giving me 700. When he saw the way I open eye, he said ok he will transfer the 700. As he was doing the transfer I opened my online banking app and was refreshing it to see that the 700 entered. Be wise guys. |
