Someone declared Niger-delta and someone added 3 other states. Last time I checked the person that added the states had the constitutional backup unlike the adaka boro who had now legal back up to the declaration. As i said before stick to South South and stop using Niger delta. As long as we know there are 9 states in ND and i dont think u will write otherwise if it was an exam
