And did the tweet come from Buhari? You need psychiatric examination.

The sentiment informing all such statistics are probably thus: Nigeria is that distant land with the most blacks in the world so no real need to fork out on doing thorough research, when data for sensational news is required, just lob stereotypes at em. Rapes (they most have lots and the worst), Mugging (oya, they have the worst (they got ta), diseases (Wah, stick it on) Wife beating (you nuts, they blacks, they gotta be worst)intravenous drug abuse (ya gat ta ask, what d' ya think?)

In their deluded, narcissistic, minds, blacks are the worst at any deviancy or negative life going and, as Nigeria has more blacks than elsewhere, we epitomise deviancy and there's carte-blanche to print whatever they like, facts unnecessary. And ,of course, this lack of rigor is facilitated by Nigerians who welcome such negative news since it affords them the opportunity to make political capital.
