Should we take it that the governor of Kogi state is confused on who to front as his first lady when occasions demand?

There have been speculations round the clock that the known first lady Mrs Rashida Bello has been impersonated by another wife of the Governor as the first lady of the state.

You will recall that on the 4th October on a live broadcast of the launching of Hayat foundation, that Mrs Amina Bello was introduced and addressed as the wife of the governor and was assumed as the First lady of the state with the governor and other notable dignitaries ably present at the live event which Mrs Rashida Bello (the known First Lady) was conspicuously absent without a representative from her office at that epoch making event held at the prestigious congress hall of Transcorp Hilton hotel Abuja.

We are left with our jaw open wondering if Mrs Rashida Yahaya Bello has been relieved of her duty? Or is the Governor confused indeed?.

Those present at the event were: Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, Mrs Folorunsho Alakija, Hon, Minister of Labour Chief Chris Ngige, Chief Dele Momodu Representative from Mrs Aisha Buhari, Representative from United Nation and other prominent Nigerians. Entertainers present are AY comedian, Timi Dakolo, and to mention a few.

There is no provision for office of the First Lady in the Nigerian constitution, moreover Yahaya is a polygamist, he can pick whoever he feels fits the occasion more among his wives without fuss, Atiku in his second term in office as VP alternated between between Titi Amina and Jamilah Atiku, and they both functioned without any publicized rancour, so Yahaya Bello should take care of his home and stop acting up like a baby that he is.

Let me put it this way. If you're trying to attain a certain position, and your first wife is unsupportive, going as far as discouraging you from trying to achieve your goal. Meanwhile, your second wife is very supportive, encouraging you, going as far as soliciting for campaign funds on your behalf.

Now, given the above scenario, which among your wives would you put first, as the case may be?

Don't understand. She was introduced as wife of the governor. And so? Is she not the wife before? The governor can take the other wife to another occasion and she would be introduced as the wife of the governor. Or is another name for First Lady now wife of the governor?

Some Other northern state governors have more than one wife. So why kogi state all of a sudden ?

To quell any potential troubles, I propose a rotational, zoning system. Amina for first term, Rashida for second term.
But then again, they along with their husband, are silly humans.
