I always rebuild my toyota dyna 150 engine and it lasts for up to 4 yrs

My primera has been smoking early in the morning for few seconds once a while now, I am considering Changing the Valve stem seals since this only happens after parking for a long time and not everytime... so am only changing the seals and not Ringing the whole engine.

i have told my mechanic but he is trying to play smart by charging me the same amount for ringing a whole engine (35k). am not comfortable bn cheated.

My question is, does it take an highly professional mechanic to change Valve seals just like Ringing a whole engine?

also, does anyone who has a competent mechanic number around Ondo state who has an experience on this particular issue please send to me?

If no leakage
Then truly It's getting bad , it will reach a certain time a huge smoke will come out it the morning and U might mistake it for steaming
