What is the total capital expenditure in the 2017 budget?

Under what ministry''s budget was this project listed?

The figure is clearly inaccurate.

The total contract cost for the 2nd bridge is put at N108 billion and a political pastor is lying to Nigerians that $2 billion (N614 billion) has been paid for it, it is either APC are ignorant liars or they are filthy thieves.......or both.
