DAT day after the test in my center d HR team said dey ask some People to send some documents to der email, because dey have doubt Wit some people documents especially birth certificate. They are trying to settle all dis age stuff before interview, to make it easier for the HR interview team. So no big deal .

He was told this when his documents were checked on the day of the test. I think it was written in the comments area in that sheet with our names. He was not the only candidate the mail was sent to. He said other people (about 11) were copied in the mail he received.

I dont get your point again o, You mean He did not present Birth cert on test day but only given the privilege to take part in the test with an agreement that he will send the Cert through Email or his datas did not match?,maybe spelling mistakes etc..... I remember one guy came with new Birth cert with DOB 1989 but had 1985 on his old plastic national ID card, The LNG Man queried him before writing some notes on the comment box in front of his name, although the Guy was also allowed to take part but his chance will be very slim because 1985 was a bit far from age requirement and the birth cert looks very neat and New(age padding gone wrong). I believe we shall all know whats up this week sha, Jah Bless

Bro... It's kind of confusing. But I GUESS maybe what happened was that when they checked his documents there was mix up, and so they asked him to send the correct document to them later...
This is the best way I could understand the scenario..

I witnessed a similar situation like the one in bold too in my center. The DOB in my friend's ID card matched the one in his LGA birth cert. but they want court affidavit instead so he was asked to get it and send to them.

The second phase of the screening process is about to begin, HR currently making arrangement for Interview as per Venues and other Facilities in Lagos,Abj and PH for the interview process, once all these have been put in place, mails will begin to roll-in as expected, All results and list of candidates qualified for interview was ready since last week but feedback now depends on how fast they are able to secure right tools for executing next stage.....from a reliable source.

Meaning next week by God grace information will be dessipated to us whether good or bad

I think the salary or supposed blood money is btw 200-300k as an operator trainee. Don't knw if oda allowance are included. N I knw dey have a RESIDENTIAL AREA (RA) for staffs but dont knw if operator trainees will also be given accommodation in d RA. The Ra is at bonny island.. free internet( slow sha), free gym n sport facilities( tennis,golf etc) with coaches n trainers for residents, game reserves with some animals like hippopotamus and the likes, also free telephone for within calls may b 3000 for outside calls or so. But anyone who has ppl working dia now or who passed through the operator trainee stage can give us more insight.

In the environment of today, we are exposed to lots of chemicals including hydrocarbons... And this has serious effect on on... But i believe nlng is a standardized company with safety policies which guides the activities, process, procedures, methodology of carrying out workplace activities..
Including this one.
I believe they should have OEL (occupational exposure limit) and some call it thresold value.. Its gives the maximun value of chemicals and other harmful substance that a worker can be exposed to and duration of exposure...

Photochemical smog are being generated from hydrocarbons which causes eye and skin irritation among others and also leads to serious long diseases and other respiratory related diseases... So i believe, in a measure to sustain and make effective use of their workers, certain welfare facilities will be available to workers such as medical health surveillance, medical allowances, etc... Trust me, if a worker falls sick due to exposure, it affects the company in so many ways which I can't start to explain now... But trust me, factory act gat ur back..

So be rest assured u r in safe hands...
