36govs:Is this a formal swearing-in or what? It is not the responsibility of the Governor to confirm her, he can only appoint her on the recommendation of the National Judicial Council and send her name to the House of Assembly for confirmation. If this is not a ceremonial swearing-in, I don't think it is proper for a would be head of Judicial arm of Govt standing in front of the head of Executive arm of Govt like this as if he is her employer. Illiterate! She is the most senior judge in Lagos. Lagos state judiciary appointment is by seniority. She acted as admin judge for months before Justice Atilade who was the CJ retired.
