No they don't go hand in hand. A phone with high pixel density doesn't mean it has good camera and vice versa.

Yeah, I totally agree with you. Copy-pasting is wrong and incorrect. Furthermore, that dude didn't mentioned a lot of factors that need to be discussed, for example, hardware, software, the fact, that sometimes software plays a greater role than hardware when we make photo. All this I found out from the article "smartphone buying guide for begginers". This guy explains all aspects in plain language, simply and qualitative. This way I regretted to buy smartphone with configuration 3/32, and bought 4/64 and I'm happy enough
