Ok, you say it drains your ba3, does it drain completely?
Is the ba3 in good condition too?

Cos I don't think it's a software issue. Better still take it to a laptop engineer closer to you for troubleshooting.

i left it on 98%, after nearly 2wks i put it on and saw 74%.

Nearly two weeks?

Your case is settled, nothing is wrong with your ba3 or your system, you can't insert your ba3 for that long and expect to meet the same percentage, even with your phone.

Next time, remove the ba3 from the laptop if you're not going to use it in a while.

24% for nearly 2weeks? Almost 14 days, not too much.

Remember most of the laptop battery are not even up to 3000mAh, especially the detachable ones.

i read the problem is very common with Windows 10.

You laptop is not on, you have shut it down, windows 10 is software and you were not using it.. It was shut down for days with the ba3 inside.

Anyway if you're still doubting you can try another ba3 with it and see.

Good morning experts,
Please quick question. So my Dell Inspiron has been messing up charging wise for like 2 weeks. Sometimes it charges other times nothing.
To add to that it's a non removable battery so the quick fix most ppl recommend would require unscrewing the back.

Now, just as i was learning to live with this today when powering up the device, the screen went black.
Rebooted it multiple times, same thing. So I decided to unscrew & remove the battery.

I powered the device without the battery & it works fine, but with the battery & I get the same black screen.
This is weird as your first instinct would conclude the fault is from the battery, but if this is the case it's not supposed to give a black screen. When a battery is dead, it's dead shouldn't affect the functionality of the system.

So that's my confusing really, any suggestions?

At this stage, you need to take the laptop to laptop technician who specializes in motherboard repair.
Trust me, if that system is not handled by a competent technician, it will be dead .

Lol, no need for the scare..
It's a minor issue really, just didn't want to waste money on a battery and discover it's something else.

Oh! Since you know it's a minor issue, why not solve it already.

The "something else" which you are about to discover if not properly handled by a competent technician, can leave you with no other option than to buy another system soon.

Locate control panel, programs & features.

Look for the app and uninstall it.

Download ccleaner from here.

https:// www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Install and click on tools, select uninstall tab and locate the app.

Still can't uninstall, re-install or upgrade the program again before uninstalling.

When you say black screen, do you mean nothing is showing at all, just like the system is not on right?

Does it power on with ba3?

Hello technicians in the house.
I'm faced with a keyboard issue.

Certain keys on my hp laptop dont work when you press them. Letters C, E, Del, direction buttons left and right. But if pressed in a MSword environment, these keys work well. Most times they wont. I'll have to press it multiple times and then with works.
Is the keyboard faulty? Or this is some software issue
Re: Post Your Computer (PC) Troubles Here. by udemzyudex(m): 6:07pm On Oct 22, 2017
Your keyboard is faulty... You can remove it and dust it first and see if it will work well.

If not, you'll need to replace it, but make sure you test it before paying.
