Giving honour to whom it's due.Why didn't the archaic two-timed Minister of Agric in the Buhari government(Audu Ogbeh)receive such an award.All he knows is how to import grass for cattle,expanding fulani caliphate by creating grazing reserves and disgracing Nigeria by exporting poor quality yams that were rejected internationally. Meanwhile this is a minister Jonathan never took 6 fucking months to appoint like a dullard that even called his own "noisemakers".

Google the number of foreign companies that left when your president was wallowing in delusion from may 2015 to November. Worst of all he seized their money in banks in those periods. People could not access dollars they had in accounts to do business. If you deposit fx you can't withdraw it. That silly policy prepared us for recession. Now we are coming out of recession and the man who threw us into it by silly policies considers it an achievement.
