it doesn't, my baby is using pears, he was using Johnson vanilla but he developed rashes at 13months so my mom said I should buy original pears lotion, I did and it didn't disappoint me. my child is fair and no rashes or itching. my youngest brother uses pears till today and he is fair and grown. Make sure you get the genuine product, too much fake in the market.
