Its not only praying about it, working towards it is better by talking less and listening more, when one talks less and listen more, one learn a lot of things from people. That how I learn. But when you keep talking, you are not listening, you want everybody to hear you and notice you and you don't listen, you don't learn, I don't like it when someone talks too much around me especially with loud voice, I tend to get headache. Too much of everything is bad.
