Finally registered for ielts on 11/11. Best wishes to everyone writing on that day too.

I have studied sotay my head don dey overheat. May God crown all our human efforts with success.
Just go and practice your letter writing and essay writing. Know the difference between Formal, Semi-Formal and informal letter writing structure. Also knowing how to listen and comprehend what you heard quickly will help. The rest dey very easy. Na English wen we dey speak from birth. I no know why peeps for 9ja dey fear IELTS or TOEFL sef. Except you and Akpos go the same school.

Dear All,
Good Morning,
A quick one!
For a medical centre in Nigeria with no group email whilst the head of the department provides his or her personal email on the reference letter, could this be an issue for the Verification officer?
Please can someone with such experience relate this to us all.

Thank you.
You mean no company domain?

Stop complicating your life, a simple "to whom it may concern" is fine.

Hello,
Thanks. They requested for a Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature (basically the form I filled before I started uploading required documents. I think I left some space in my personal history in the original one so I just made my dates overlap)

He submitted a forged employment letter initially which stated he was a credit supervisor before submitting his real employment letter. What i see happened was that he felt that they would think it contradictory to have ET and still claim Credit supervisor. Instead of forging an employment letter, he should have given them his introductory letter from the bank and then gotten his supervisors/group head to attest to his duties and include their complimentary cards and stuff. He obviously misrepresented and has only himself to blame. Once his 5 year ban is over, he can re-apply.

I would have had such an issue as my duties in my employment letter are totally different from what i do now but luckily i got reference letter in CIC format so sent only that.

Hi Sis.,

Please i have request to mail you.
I need your experience .I am in a situation close to this.

I would think it shouldn't be a problem. Not every company has a domain.

Here's the thing: a VO will only find it suspicious if they've received a letter from the same company but with an email hosted on a private domain. You get? As long as it's the first or that's the trend, I don't see a problem. VOs compare a lot. They expect a serving of the same dish from the same coy. When they don't get that, it raises eyebrows like in the GTBank case posted earlier.

It shouldn't. I included an LOE to say that so say that I didn't go to the UK for the ACCA and I was taking my professional exams concurrently with my undergrads.

As long as you can explain the overlap. You should be fine

Hi bimpsy99.

I want to confirm if the dates for BSc and the Acca will not cause any issue.

BSc is dated September 2011
ACCA diploma is dated Feb 2012.

I have sent message to WES but no response yet.

Please advice.

Thank you.

Hello,

Can you share your profile? IELTS is a great CRS score booster. For Federal Skilled Worker Program, minimum band score of 6 (CLB 7) is required in each ability (LRSW) and the individual band scores is more important than the overall band score.

For the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), there are two different ways through which one can immigrate. The first option is to apply directly to the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program by sending the program an Expression of Interest or EOI. If nominated, the prospective immigrant can then create a new Express Entry profile and import their credentials into the system.

The other option is to begin the Saskatchewan immigration process by creating a new Express Entry profile and formally indicating an interest in the province. Immigration Saskatchewan can then select interested individuals and invite them to apply to the SINP. Once nominated, your Express Entry profile will be immediately credited with your Saskatchewan nomination certificate giving you an additional 600 points under the Comprehensive Ranking System. You can then receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency in Canada during the next Express Entry draw. (Culled from Canadaexpressentry.org)

Check the Government of Saskatchewan's website for more details ------http://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program

I don't think you re totally correct...you have muddled up the info too much...

But you tried though. Cheers.

Sweetheart take it easy. Though d ppr taries, wait on it. it shall come. like a thief in da nyt it shall sneak into your email.
I waited for the longest 3mnths of ma life and the night i got tired of waiting and decided to send ottawa an email to enquire my local VO, the reply i got was shocking....."your application has been approved and you will get a passport request shortly".....that night, I slept like a baby for d first time in 3mnths.......
So ma dear even if u have waited for long,......it will pass. Just get ready to mail your passports to ghana.
Cheers.

Hi everyone , I'm new on here so, someone should please answer my question:

Is it possible for me to be the principal applicant ? My husband has a Degree but he is working for himself, I hope that is not going to be a problem?

I will be glad for someone to respond to this.

Thanks
